About Carlos Falchi
History:
A native of Brazil, Carlos Falchi moved to New York in 1964. He began his career by dressing rockers and jazz musicians in the 1970's including music icons Eric Clapton, Tina Turner, Cher, Mick Jagger, Andy Warhol and Miles Davis.
Before long, Falchi focused his attention on creating a unique line of luxury handbags and accessories using exotic skins in distinctive designs and vivid color combinations.
Today, Falchi creations are donned by Jessica Simpson, Blake Lively, Cate Blanchette, Rihanna, Hayden Panettiere, Mary J. Blige, Sienna Miller, Eva Longoria, Madonna, and Tina Fey. He is committed to using farm-bred skins and new tanning techniques, and his inventive designs have secured him a place as one of the most innovative, influential, and unrivaled designers of our time.
