This is NEW WITHOUT TAGS and in pristine mint condition. The piping on bottom corners shows very minor signs of rubbed spots from setting the bag down but nothing major at all, Its not even noticeable unless you look very closely, I took photos on the bottom and you will be the judge if any shelf wear takes away the beauty of this boston carryon. Overall, it is new and has never been used so I am sure you won't be disappointed. This is the last one in the store so I have to grab it! It is really PRETTY!
