This is NEW WITHOUT TAGS and in pristine mint condition. It has never been used. The hardware may show signs of handling/oxidation but this is absolutely BRAND NEW! There are no worn areas on bottom corners and interior is clean and odor free! All the beads are intact & secure, there are no Missing/Loose Beads. And it even came with all the replacement beads!
