So named for the way its many links appear to be woven together, like the scales upon a snake, this wonderful chain has been crafted entirely of sterling silver. With thousands of individual links that are affixed to one another in a fashion that makes it almost more of a cord, or rope than a chain, it is a marvel of fine craftsmanship, fit for both men and women and easily able to fit through the bails of nearly any pendant or charm. 

Except for the clasp that holds it closed, the entire chain measures approximately 1.5 mm in diameter and 30" long, allowing it to rest low upon the chest to stay tucked out of the way if you wish to wear it beneath your shirt or to otherwise fit those of a larger build.
