Part of the American Milestones series, the 8” x 10” oval limited edition collector plate- OLD GLORY features Betsy Ross sewing a flag surrounded by a 1 1/2” scalloped band of stars and bunting . The plate is signed  Fostoria, 1971. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flakes, or other distractions. The plate’s original box and literature is missing.
