Vintage Guardian Aluminum Griddle Guardian Aluminum Griddle A vintage cast aluminum griddle made by Guardian Aluminum Cookware.  The13" diameter octagon shaped griddle has tab handles and 1" sides.  The griddle is in good condition with some scratches and a slight warping on the bottom noted. All of our items are vintage or antique and may not be perfect. All are sold As Is and As Noted.
