Return Policy We offer a 12 month warranty on electronic devices unless specified otherwise. Accessories are covered by 6 months warranty. Our warranty covers technical problems, motherboard damage and malfunctioning buttons etc. Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with an item within 30 days of its arrival, we will replace the item or offer a full refund. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we must confirm the defect before proceeding to a refund or a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for products beyond the 30 day time frame. What is considered a technical issue? Screen issue, motherboard damage, malfunctioning buttons (please note firmware/software does not fall into that category) Physical damage or modifications done to an item will void the warranty: Any product returned for a refund with any type of physical damage will be subject to 20% restocking fee of the full amount. Shipping cost: Buyer pays shipping cost. Non-Technical Issues: Items are not refundable because change of mind. Missing Accessories: Packaged are checked thoroughly before they are shipped out.
