This is one of such items, which is entirely hand  carved from rare wood essences, taken from the most perfect part of the tree ( or seed) and is already considered a rarity  to the same extend that the old Ottoman hand made tesbihs in such a beautiful style are rare today.

This tesbih is made with the wood of very old olive trees that are more than 100 years old. It is only with these very old trees that such a beautiful wood vein may be obtained. The carver has done an exceptionnal work with large beads and intricate ring design as may be seen from the pictures. This is an amazing item
