Style: Secretary Blouse with Covered Buttons along the left shoulder . Tie extends to end of shoulder and clasps with a hidden hook and eye.

Really nice long sleeves with single covered button at each cuff. Wear withe sleeves extended and long so that they cozy all the way over the knuckles. Or scrunch up higher (see pics below)

White on Black print looks like confetti or abstract flake...Really Interesting!
