How to measure yourself ?
Waist - Whilst upright, please wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline. - Keep the tape comfortably and loose, please don't pull tight.
Hips - While standing with feet together, please place the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and your knees.
Most important is the hips measurements, as if you select a smaller size, you will not be able to wear the pants, if your not sure, always select the bigger pants size.

Example on selecting the size : if your normal dress size that you always use is 8 , then the suitable slimming pants size for you is medium to Large depending on your hips size ( if it is about 33 inch select the medium size and if it is about 37 inch then select the Large size) .
Taking Care of your Slimming pants :
Machine wash at 30 c as synthetics.
Do not Iron or dry clean.
Note:
-These pants will not reduce weight or size permanently.

with circulation orbreathing problems and do not use during pregnancy.
