Vintage Antique Wicker / Rattan Baby Bassinet with Collapsable Wooden Legs Circa 1910; this was in the seller's family since 1910 and was very well taken care of and stored well. Natural rattan color with a light spring green accent paint. Go back in time to days gone by with this darling bassinet. Due to the new safety restrictions; this is more of a decorative item than functional. If you display baby dolls, this would be an authentic antique display bassinet. Stands approx 26" high to top of bassinet basket and with handles up it is approx 34" high Basket is 30" long x 18 1/2" wide x 11 3/4" high Mattress is 24" long x 12" wide x 2" thick The foam mattress, mattress cover, lining and ribbon have been recently replaced. There is one missing eyelet on the bottom which holds the spring to the bassinet for one of the collapsable legs which can easly be replaced. There is a little rust /oxidation on the metal and some minor paint that has worn off. This is a large item to ship so local pick up (in the Traverse City Michigan area) is also welcomed.
