Album is in Excellent Condition with only a few very minor surface scratches; they should not affect the sound quality. The box is in excellent condition although it has a small mark on the front bottom and 2 loose corners (see closeup pictures). The original brown record sleeves are in excellent condition (only one has a small tear). The book is also in excellent condition although pages 31, 32, 33, & 34 are loose but still intact in the book; the pages look almost like new with the exception of a few light crinkles. This set looks like it was not played or even handled very much at all.
