​The three month personalized training for busy moms and professionals offers a 20% discount over the month-to-month charge. This plan includes a 1 hour fitness consultation at the beginning of each month, including realistic assessment of goals and challenges. There is a required weekly coach check-in, in which you email or call the coach with the past week's performance: 

• challenges (such as child got sick, unexpected business travel),
  
  
• successes (yeah, I feel better than I expected!), or 
  
  
• concerns (I'm not certain I'm performing this exercise correctly). 
  
  The coach returns an updated schedule, addressing concerns, based on the weekly assessment.
