RARE DeNicola Signed Vintage Hippocampus Winged Horse Sea Horse Pin Brooch

Beautiful condition on this DeNicola Hippocampus figural brooch.  Beautiful detail on this brooch with pave set rhinestones.  I have noted in the "condition description" that there is slight wear to the metal.  I have seen another example of this brooch which sold on April 14th that looks exactly the same so I am not convinced this is wear, I believe this is intentional to give the brooch a subtle two tone look.  The back pin is straight and the clasp turns smoothly and is tight.  It measures 1.75" in width x 1.50" in length and is fully hallmarked.
