Unusual beaded bag with metal handles

About 8" x 8" with central popper closure. Pale green hesian with yellow/cream "washer" shaped beads in 3 rows along the top. The black steel handles are wrapped in chord to hold.

She is very well travelled and very classy so this could be a snip! Hardly used it at all
