We will happily accept returns within 7 days of receiving the watch for a full refund (less shipping cost) as long as the watch has not been worn, sized, scratched, or altered in any way. Items purchased that received FREE US shipping will incur a $10.95 restocking fee. Items on which shipping was actually paid for will not incur any restocking fee. If you are thinking about returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsellable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy. The watch must be returned with box, tags, warranty.
