A Very popular salad green. Cress has a strong peppery taste to it. This is NOT a mild tasting sprout. It should be ADDED to other sprouts, raw sprouted soups and raw salads.
Cress seeds can be sprouted in a number of different ways. Using a tray sprouter keeps the seeds moist, maximizes germination and growth. Cress can be sprouted and added to soups or salads whole or grown as a herb and clippings taken from it.
