This is a rare and limited edition Cecil Fielder of the Detroit Tigers action figure still in the box. 

Cecil is mounted on top of a replica of Tiger Stadium.

This is an official MLB product made by the Tonka Coorporation.

Although this is new, the box itself has some wear and tear on it as you can see in the picture.  The action figure itself is untouched and is still strapped in to the backing by the original plastic wires.
