I hope you like this album book and the great music list that it contains from an era gone by where romance filled people's hearts and lives right there in the pleasant environs of their happy home. I also hope someone out there somehwhere decides to buy this since it's taken me a good part of the afternoon here to type up its description! If there are any typos in this listing, forgive me as my secretary is out to lunch.

Before placing your bid, you need to be aware of a few small details that don't show in the photos:

  • The album cover shows a small oil stain on the upper right hand corner of the front.
  • The lower right hand corner of the first pocket sleeve shows a significant crease. Otherwise, all the pocket sleeves are in excellent condition showing only faint signs of age and wear.
  • One other thing (afore mentioned) is that the very last record in pocket sleeve no. 10 has a semi-circle type of piece broken away from it that cuts into the music, but since I wanted to present this wonderful album in its entirety as I found it, that record album remains included in the album book lot for the sake of history and authenticity. The item as a whole is a wonderful, feel-good thing that is bound to make someone very happy!
