not express any warranty. Units described as "not tested" and/or
"as-is" may not work and the buyer agrees he/she takes responsibility
for any/all repairs. Sales are finalized and returns will only be processed in
the event of freight/shipment damage. Shipping charges to and from our facility
will not be refunded.
Freight claim may
only be filed by the shipper and final outcome of the freight claims will be
the responsibility of the freight/shipping company. The 3 calendar day return
policy begins the day the merchandise is delivered, not when you open your
package. 10-20% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned items. Technical

NOTE REGARDING REFRIGERATION
EQUIPMENT: Refrigeration is shipped on a truck, it usually
bounces quite a bit. The bouncing and vibrations can cause refrigerant
leak. A repair and recharging of the refrigerant leak usually is
significantly less than $100.00. Refrigerant costs technicians about $6.00 per
pound.Please keep those facts when you buy refrigeration equipment from us..
