HISTORY OF ENGLAND, by David Hume...13 volumes.......Published by Wheeler in 1826...Set is Very nicely illustrated...

    DESCRIPTION - The set is bound in 3/4 leather, with marbled boards and endpapers....Tops of pages tipped in gold....Each book measures 9 inches high, and 6 inches across front…… While I ain't for sure, the set may have been re-bound because the covers is in a style from the late 1800's ……

    CONDITION - The set is in overall good condition...A little wear, but not nearly what you'd expect for a set this old.........A couple of the books have minor scuffing''....One volume has the back cover detatched, however, you can't tell this unless you pull book from the shelf, and the pages are very secure...Another volume has torn leather all the way down the side of the spine, but cover not in danger of comin' loose......And some age spottin' on pages, but again, not what you'd expect for a set this old....This set looks good a-sittin' on the shelf....Overall, a solid set....I think you will be pleased with it.....
