THE WORKS OF WILLIAM MAKEPEACE THACKERAY, 10 volumes......Published by University Society, New York....I don't see a publication date, but appears to be in the late 1800's......With some very nice full-page illustrations.....

    DESCRIPTION - These here books is are bound in leather, with gold letterin` on spines, and marbled boards.....Tops of pages tipped in gold......The books are not numbered, and I can't say if the set is complete or not.....Each book measures 8 1/4 inches high and 5 1/2 inches across the front...And the set takes up about 19 inches of shelf space.....

    CONDITION - The set in in overall very good condition......Bindin's and pages are secure.....Chippin' at top of spines on some of the volumes......And one book has a bigger chip than the others....And tho there is very little scuffin' on the books, one does have some that you will notice....This is a very atrractive set....And looks great settin' on the shelf......I think you will be powerful pleased with it.....
