I did not take this picture apart so I'm not sure if it's an original or reproduction print.  It has all of the marks of an original print.  This was done by F.A. Mills who was an artist or publisher at the turn of the century.  There is also a New York address under Mills name.  The top says Bill.  In the middle it says by M. Shields by Ghton Bros.  I can't read the very left hand side so the first letter of that printing may be wrong.  This prints shows a Captain at the wheel looking at a passing Sternwheeler boat.  The landscape seems to be flat so one might assume this is the Mississippi River.  It is framed under glass in a plain black wooden frame.  The frame measures 8" x 10".
