Always keep your factory intake just in case your want sell or trade in your vehicle.   15: Q: Is this smog legal in my state? A:  Please check you states smog regulations.  This intake is not exempt from regulations.    16: Q: Will My gas mileage improve? A:   Many of our customers have experienced better gas mileage.  Increase in fuel efficiency is not guaranteed.
