· Buyers from West Bengal or any other state should send the required documentation if such states have any issues related to state taxes, or related to sales tax. Documentation is compulsory. Please avoid buying from us if the same cannot be provided. It's not the responsibility of the seller to notify related to any such documentation before making purchase. Its buyer's responsibility to check his/her state laws & rules related to taxes & documentation if any.
· The time to reach shipment may take up to 10 days from the date of shipping, kindly cooperate. Do not complain about in delay of the delivery due to any reason. In case the consignment is not deliverable to the place even by Indian speed post, amount will be refunded to the buyer.
· Payments through Paisapay / UTI (AXIS) net banking / Cheques / Drafts
· Pictures used in the listings are taken by us. But the frequent change in models of the items by the manufacturers may create some confusion to the buyers sometimes. So kindly understand that the new model according to the availability will be shipped if the published model is changed. Features & specifications will be as per listing. Attention to other sellers on eBay: Do not use my pictures in my listings, they are taken by us & we will raise a complaint if any such listings found.
· Please check the item before taking from the courier agency. Damages if any during transit is not the responsibility of the seller. Do not accept item if it's damaged.
· Insurance will be optional & buyers those paid insurance can claim for the damages if the item is not accepted. Once the item is delivered, there is no seller's responsibility even if the insurance is paid.
· Please clear all doubts before buying my items. Do not imagine anything from your side.
· Cables & adapters Etc. never carry any warranty. Warranty for main unit only.
· Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, please contact us to resolve any issues. Warranty will not be provided by us incase buyers are not contacted before leaving feedback.
· Shipping charges (Sending & Receiving) for exchanges, warranties, returns will be paid by the buyer.
· Please refer manufacturer's website for any changes in specifications. We re not responsible any such changes by them.
· Warranty terms described in the listing are according to the manufacturer's terms & conditions.
· Buyers are requested to go through the complete listing. All efforts are made to ensure error free listing. However, minor mistakes may occur in the listings. Hence, buyers are requested to clarify all doubts before purchasing the item.
· Inform us if the consignment is not delivered on 4th day after receiving shipping details. We will follow-up with courier agency.
· Please cooperate for the delay in shipping due to some unforeseen circumstances.
· If product received is defective, please return it within 3-7 days of receipt.
· ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN PROPER CONDITION. IMPROPER USE, OR HANDLING OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE / MISSING MANUALS, PARTS AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO BUYER. ALL THE CONTENTS FOR THE WARRANTY MUST BE PRESENTED (INCLUDING COVERS & BOXES IN MANUFACTURERS ORIGINAL CONDITION)
· For pen drives, it's necessary to have all the contents including covers. Else warranty will not be provided by the manufacturer.
· Kindly cooperate with seller for better buying & selling experience.
· Without contacting us, kindly do not raise disputes. Any such disputes are not entertained, since it's necessary to contact seller to resolve issues before leaving feedback or before raising dispute. It's according to the eBay user agreement.
