Goods will not be despatched until payment is received. Paypal payments goods and uncrossed Postal Orders goods are despatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). We do offer exchange and refund service for any item with fault or unsatisfied. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original state that it was shipped to you, IE, not washed not smelling of smoke, no spills of any kind on it etc. The tags must be intact and no alterations made what so ever. P & P is not refundable and you will be responsible for the postage and packaging on return.
