 This vintage paperback book is in great condition. Two stains on the spine, but spine in intact and still tight, Cover and pages have yellowing, as the age will cause this, NO pencil or pen marks anywhere, NO creases on any page, back cover has a tiny crease on the lower corner.

There are 164 written pages,  plus 20 additional pages of black and white photos that include celebrities such as Johnny Carson/ Ed McMahon, Merv Griffin, Dom de Luise, Charles Nelson Reilly, Ruth Buzzi, Governor Warren P Knowles of Wisconsin and several of her loyal followers who show before and after pics of their weight loss. This is a must read for anyone wanting that FEEL GOOD feeling we all felt in the 60’s and 70’s.
