Returns will only be accepted when notification is made to Baskets & Bells within 7 days from receipt of your order. Products that have been personalized or decorated in any way are NOT RETURNABLE. We also cannot accept returns on sample items or handcrafted items. Shipping and any Rush fees are not refundable. For items that are returnable merchandise must be in it's original packaging and the RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so that we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer. We will provide you with a RA# and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reprinted order and additional shipping.
