This is a beautiful new writing instrument from Bill's Talented Turnings.  The pen pictured is the pen you get in this auction.  I turned this Cigar pen in my studio workshop.  The wood is made from several pieces of exotic species segmented together.The woods included are Purpleheart and Bocote.   I finished the pen with CA glue which is the toughest finish I have been able to find.  The finish on the wood will stay bright and shiney for many years.  It is almost indestructable.  I have personally carried a pen with this type of finish on it for 4 years and the finish on the wood is just as good as the day I made the pen.   I turn each one of my pens one at a time.  This pen has a distinctive, elegant design in the nib, center band and finial ring that carry over onto the robust clip and finial top  It is a larger pen that takes Parker ballpoint or gel ink that is readily available at most office supply store.  This pen comes supplied with a Parker style ballpoint ink.  I will convert to a black Gel upon request for no extra charge.  It would make a fine gift for any occasion or a fine writing instrument to add to anyone's collection. I guarentee that you will be satisfied with this pen.  .
