Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: ABSOLUTELY! We
always combine shipping. Please request
an invoice when you have finished shopping and we will send you an updated
total ASAP.
Q: Do you have a kit for "X" figure?
A: We have kits for every figure and variation released
in the United States
from the Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and Power of the
Force lines. If you don't see it listed
it means we haven't put it up yet or we need to re-list it.
Q: Do you make restoration kits for the Droids or Ewoks
series?
A: We have a restoration kit for Boba Fett on a Droids
cardback and that is all. We have no
plans to add any other kits from the cartoons.
Q: Can you make me a kit for my non-vintage figure?
A: While we would love to do customs for everyone, we
just don't have the time. If we get a
free moment, we tend to do our own Kustoms for the vintage line, which you can
find in our shop.
Q: How do you make your bubbles, print your
cards, where do you buy your materials, etc?
A: While we always welcome questions from our
clients, we do not disclose any details of our build processes.
Q: What type of glue do you use to mount the bubble to
the card?
A: We recommend you use Scotch brand double-sided tape,
which is widely available and does not make a mess. However, if you prefer to use glue, we
recommend Devcon 5-Minute Epoxy, which can be found on Amazon.com for around
$5.
Q: Where is my order, I paid immediately after
purchasing and it's been a week?
A: While we try to keep most items on-hand for immediate
shipping, please understand that due to the high demand for our products,
custom orders, production times, and the fact that our two-man operation cares
about making sure you receive a quality product, the typical order can take 6-8
days to leave our shop which does not include time in transit to your
shipping address; patience my friends.
