We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical street address. For international customers, we are not responsible for duties and taxes.

Delivery |
We ship every weekday in the afternoon from California (Monday - Friday). We ship within 24 hours after clearance of payments. |

Refunds & Returns |
Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refund will be given as: Exchange Refunds are given only if an item is found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees. |
