Straight to the point on this opportunity. We had this transmission produced for one of our E350 cargo Box vans and trucks, used to transport product cross country. we had sold the property where the vehicle was sitting inside a 60 x 100 warehouse. I spent a ton of money on high end performance parts from the pumps, clutches to the seals. All top end. We had an established transmission building facility build this, ensuring we had the best of the best. We wanted nothing but reliable on the road. I had just put a copper roof on another building sitting on the now SOLD property. it took a month or so until the project was ready to reassemble. We went out to put the tranny back in with a brand new torque convertor from napa auto parts ( not cheap either ) and first noticed part of the roof was missing. We realized that we had been hit or rather the new owners who had not taken occupancy yet had been hit by scrappers. Opened the warehouse and discovered, the truck was HIT! box...GONE! transmission cross member....GONE! drive shaft ....GONE! engine parts ....GONE! I was soooo disgusted and upset of course the transmission and torque convertor (prepped) was now ours. The transmission is built to run and last - 3 months old, as well as the BRAND NEW torque convertor. I have well over $1500.00 invested, but I want this gone and used before it sits around too long. My loss your gain. I may add also that we had an 8 bay mechanical shop, paint shop and detail shop with a 7 acre scrap yard at the time, so my cost was wholesale. ( we will also be listing alot of tools and stuff left over from the shop). So here it is.
