Minimum Term, Activation and Early Termination Fees • Month–to–month, one– or two–year minimum term required per line. • Activation Fee/line: $20. • Early Termination Fee: Up to $175 per line for one– or two–year minimum terms. Service is subject to the Customer Agreement, which you should read before activating service. Billing, shipping and end–user address must be within Blitz Mobile licensed and service areas where the wireless phone number is issued. By purchasing this product (2 year or 1 year agreement) you accept all these conditions. If there is a cancellation before this contract/agreement is over (i.e. 1 year contract or 2 year contract) you are responsiable for paying $175/per line and any cost that you already owe.
