Within last month we have been inundated with complaints by US buyers regarding delivery delays, which cost us the top rated status we worked for long time. The United States Department of Homeland Security has increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, mail entering the USA from around the world that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and USA refuses to accept mail packages sent by air mail from Bulgaria. Items are also being delayed on customs. Because of these reasons delivery time (for US only) increases sometimes to 60-70 days. Our apology about this inconvenience due to reasons beyond our control. If you can’t wait so long, please don’t make a purchase.

For other countries deliveries are without changes.

Returns Policy

  Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
