Connecting your Xbox 360 Wireless Headset
To connect your wireless headset to your Xbox 360 console, press the connect button on the console. Then press and hold the connect button on the wireless headset for two or more seconds. You have a 20-second window in which to establish the connection. To connect your wireless headset to your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps: - Verify that your Xbox 360 console is turned on. If your Xbox 360 console is not turned on, press the power button to turn on your Xbox 360 console.
- On the original Xbox 360 console, the power button is on the front of the console between the connect button and the USB port.
- On the Xbox 360 S console, the power button is on the front of the console between the disc drive and the connect button.
- Verify that your wireless headset is turned on. If your wireless headset is not turned on, press the power button on your wireless headset to turn on your wireless headset.
- Press the connect button on the front of your Xbox 360 console.
- On the original Xbox 360 console, the connect button is next to the memory unit ports.
- On the Xbox 360 S console, the connect button is between the power button and the USB port cover.
- Press and hold the connect button on your wireless headset for one or more seconds. Your wireless headset will automatically be assigned to the first available quadrant on your Xbox 360 console's Ring of Light (RoL).
- If a controller is connected to the first quadrant, the system will also associate your wireless headset with the first quadrant. If another wireless headset is already associated with the first quadrant, your wireless headset will be associated with the second quadrant.
- If you want to associate your wireless headset with a controller on a different quadrant, press the connect button on the wireless headset. This manually advances the quadrant to match the quadrant of the controller that you want to use.
- For example, to associate your wireless headset with a controller that is connected to quadrant 3, press the connect button three times when you start the connection process, you have 20 seconds to do this. You will hear one beep from the wireless headset if you select the first quadrant, two beeps if you select the second quadrant and three beeps if you select the third quadrant.
- After the lights on your Xbox 360 console's RoL have rotated and flashed once, your wireless headset is connected. The quadrant that remains illuminated indicates the association with your wireless headset. The corresponding light on your wireless headset will confirm the quadrant.

Notes - The first time that you use your wireless headset, you must connect your Xbox 360 console to Xbox LIVE to obtain the latest Dashboard update. For information about Xbox LIVE, visit the following website:
- In order to use your wireless headset, you must be signed in using a gamer profile.
- You can connect up to four wireless headsets to a console simultaneously. Each wireless headset that you connect will be assigned to a quadrant on your Xbox 360 console's RoL.
- Before you can connect your wireless headset, ensure that at least one quadrant is available. To disconnect your wireless controller, press and then hold the Xbox Guide button for three seconds. Then, turn off the wireless controller. To disconnect a wired controller, unplug the wired controller cable from the console.
- If you want to connect multiple controllers and multiple wireless headsets, connect each wireless headset first and then connect the controller that will be used by that player. Continue to connect the accessories in this alternating pattern for each player.
- You do not require a controller for your wireless headset to function with your Xbox 360 console. If you do not connect a controller, your wireless headset will occupy its own quadrant on your Xbox 360 console's RoL. If you do not connect a controller and you have a friend list, you can open a chat window or send a voice message. To do this, use the wireless headset with the Xbox 360 Media Remote or the Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote.
- A regular wired Xbox 360 Headset takes precedence over a wireless headset. Your wireless headset cannot be associated with a controller that is already associated with a wired headset. To use a wireless headset instead, disconnect the wired headset and then repeat the connection steps for your wireless headset.
- When you turn off your Xbox 360 console, the wireless headset will also turn off. However, the wireless headset will still maintain its connection to your Xbox 360 console the next time that you turn on the console.
- You can only connect your wireless headset to one console at a time. If you connect your wireless headset to a new Xbox 360 console, you will lose the connection to the previously-connected Xbox 360 console.
- Your Xbox 360 Wireless Headset only works within nine metres (30 feet) of your Xbox 360 console.
Package Included: - 1 x Headphone with Microphone for XBOX 360
