How to Get Golden Guns on PS3's Call of Duty 4:



"Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" for the PS3 introduced many new features to the "Call of Duty" franchise, including in-depth multiplayer options such as ranks, unlockable weapons, perks, and weapon camouflage. You can unlock the golden weapon camouflage for certain weapons by completing weapon challenges as you progress through the multiplayer game. You can also unlock the golden desert eagle, which is an actual golden gun, not camouflage

• Turn on your PS3 and insert the "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" disc into the disc drive. The game will automatically load
• Click "Multiplayer" when the main "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare" menu loads. The main multiplayer screen will appear when your PS3 connects to the online "Call of Duty" server
• Select "Ranks and Challenges," then click each of the five gun types to view the challenges for each gun. For example, click on "Assault" to view the challenges for the assault guns you currently have, such as getting 25 kills with each weapon. Each time you complete a challenge, a new and harder challenge will replace the one you completed, until you complete the last phase.
