How to Get Your Playstation Fixed:

• Now once you do that, it will take you, to the online service request page, and you will then, click on your country that you are in, if its the united states, you will click on the us flag icon, and if its canada, you will click on the canada flag icon
• Now, once you do that, you will be taken to a page, that will ask you for your playstation 3 system model and serial number, and you would fill that out
• Now, once you do that, you will submit your online service request, and you will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours from playstation, with instructions, on how and where, to send your ps3 to be fixed
