How to Use Pipe Cutters:

• Locate the area on the pipe where you want to cut. Loosen the handle on the pipe cutter and place it around the pipe. Tighten it down until the blade contacts the pipe, and then make sure the blade is in the correct spot for your needs
• Turn the pipe cutter one to two full revolutions around the pipe, scoring the tubing with the blade in the process. Tighten the handle on the cutter slightly and then turn it another full one to two revolutions around the pipe. Repeat until the pipe is cut
• Pull out the blade on the bottom of the pipe cutter. Insert the blade into the cut end of the pipe and turn it around several revolutions, pressing on the back of the blade, to deburr the inside of the pipe. Stop when you have a nice and straight cut with no bevel on the inside edge
