Greeting cards are used for so many things. They express thanks, give birthday wishes, offer congratulations and extend sympathies. There are several different ways you can sign a greeting card. This really depends on what type of greeting you are sending. No matter which greeting you send, your signature should always be hand written and never typed

• Sign a religious greeting card with "God Bless," "Love in Christ," or "God be with you." This lets your friend or loved one know that you are praying and hoping that God bestows his best to him

• Write, because the most important thing you can do if you want to become a greeting card writer is to just write. Try to write every day and to submit greeting card verses as often as possible to increase your chances of success
• Request submission guidelines, either by snail mail or by email, from your chosen greeting card companies. Carefully read the submission guidelines to determine how many ideas you are allowed to submit each time and the average time it takes for the greeting card publisher to respond to submissions
