Features

Welding temperature shall be keep below 280°C/5sec when you are welding with a thermostat soldering iron Aluminum or Copper fins are recommended for better heat dissipation. For 1W LED light, the surface area of radiation fin is better to be equal to or larger than 50cm2, for 3W LED light, better to be equal to or larger than 150cm2 and heat conducting silica gel shall be applied at the joint of LED holder and fins. Preheat temperature shall be 150°C/60sec in soft silicone lead-free reflow while welding temperature shall be below 230°C and welding time shall be no longer 10 seconds. Working temperature: 25°C. Relative humidity: 60%â€?0%RH. Current for 1W LED light: 350mA.
