Mikasa Intaglio Santa Fe CAC24 Oval Platter.  Discontinued pattern, active from 1987 - 2000.  Platter was never used.  I purchased new from a Mikasa store several years ago, washed, and stored it.  Top edge to top edge measures about 15 1/8" across.  Bottom reads Oven To Table To Dishwasher.  Safe For Microwave.
