**This book was marked "Very Good" Condition for the following reasons: Has a few small "bubbled" spots(but no rips) on front left side of the front cover from what I believe was from the sales label that was on it, the hardcover is a tiny bit loose, and the corners of the hard cover are a little creased, minor scuffs on back from how it was stored in a box. Other than those miniscule things, I actually never used this book, it is clean, odor free otherwise, no rips, tears, creases or major marks or scuffs that I can see. Does have the brand new/unopened Cd-Rom included.

Still one heck of a bargain if you know how the prices of medical textbooks usually cost. I am definitely taking a loss, but my loss can be your gain :)
