Auction is for a vintage COCA-COLA Metal Serving TRAY. This particular Tray is labelled, on the top edge, "Drink Coca-Cola, REG. PAT. U.S. OFF.". Printed on the bottom, left-hand edge, are the words "The design of this tray is for memorabilia purposes, taken from a 1923 advertisement. Coca-Cola is a registered trademark of The Coca-Cola Company. Printed in USA 1973". The back of the Tray is blank.
This massive tray is a reproduction of the 1920s Advertisements, featuring a beautiful woman, holding a glass of Coke. This tray measures 15" tall by 12 & 1/2" wide by 1 & 3/8" deep. Almost 40 years old itself, this fabulous reproduction shows well, even with some pitting, scratching (see photos). The background colour of the Tray is Brown. The lovely beauty depicted is wearing a Light Blue Dress, with a White Wrap and a set of Pearls adorns her neck. She is a Brunette, with beautiful Red Lips and Light Skin. A fabulous and RARE Coke item to add to a Collection. This Tray should be mounted for display!
