New in the package & never used Brassed Swivel Hook Wall Unit measures 21 1/2" across x 6" tall.

The swivel hooks, smaller rods, & knobs are all in sealed packages. The large rods that go across are in plastic too, but the end is open.

The instructions for putting it together are in the knob bag. I don't think the instructions to put it together are needed as the picture on the box is pretty self explanatory.

Beautiful unit & would look wonderful in a contemporary setting.
