The cover jacket has one very minor tear at the top and couple small spots, with light edge wear, overall in very good condition. The signed book in excellent like new condition with no markings or stains, appears never used, 144 pages with wonderful pictures that are reflective of the jacket front cover and one of a kind remarkable recipes that truly justifies the name of the book.
