This is a must have for any collector or cook and gives you priceless information about the Guardian Ware such as care and one of a kind recipes. You will learn the art of stove top waterless nutritional cooking and oven baking with any aluminum ware. The front is stamped with the Metalcraft address and also has light water spots on front and back cover as seen in the pictures, otherwise there are no markings, binding tight with small open space at bottom staple and the inside pages are very clean, crisp, looks new and unused.
