This item was shelved 9-9-08 at which time it was working. I think its a 'signal' but honestly I cant get any information off the item anywhere. I know the ebay community is smart as heck so if you know differently please email. Also, I do know these transformers are several hundreds of dollars - so it might be worth it to pick this one up at auction...
