GREAT STRIKE! which is hard to come by on this coin that is known for a lot of weak strikes

This Coin Graded by PCGS MS64 RD  is undergraded,  we believe it could grade MS65.     We just bought this from a dealer who had it graded and thought he got ripped off with the low grade and we agree, but he almost didn't sell it to us.

A great buy for someone, get a $3,000.00  coin for  1/2 price just because it has not been graded properly by PCGS  ,  if it doesn't sell soon we will probably resubmit it and go for the big bucks!!
