We are offering this nice Dietz Monarch Lantern Ca. 1900.  The top is stamped City of Columbus, the bottom is stamped Dietz NY USA on one side and Monarch on the other.  This lantern is stenciled most likely with the owners name.  The feul cap is missing otherwise this Dietz Monarch lantern is in really good condition.  Original globe not cracks, chips or  breaks; original paint etc.  There is minor dents which would be expected with a piece of this age.  This lantern measures 17 1/2 inches from base to the top of the handle or 13 3/4 from base to the top of the lantern; the base is 6 1/2 inches in diameter.
