This listing is for a halloween costume kit.  It is basically a set to get you started for your outfit.  This one is for a black cat.  It has a headband that has ears with silver dots and soft fluffy feather to cover the band.  The tail has a black elastic velcroed band to hold it around the waist.  It also includes a bow tie that has the same silver dots and has a black velcroed elastic band.  Suggestion for additional purchases:  We used one of these outfits for my 5 yr. old.  We got her a black turtle neck, black pants, and a pair of black shoes.  You can also add face paints.
